TinyGiant Game Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built Stonelympics as a free, ad-supported mobile game. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.
Stonelympics does not directly collect any personal information from its users. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The app uses the following third-party services:
Our app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalised ads. When you first launch the app, users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom will be presented with a consent form (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform) allowing you to choose whether to allow personalised advertising. Your consent choice is stored locally and will not be requested again unless you reset it. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Our app uses Google Play Games Services for leaderboards, achievements, and cloud save functionality. When you sign in with your Google Play Games account, Google may collect data in accordance with their privacy policy. This sign-in is optional and managed entirely by Google.
Our app offers an in-app purchase to remove advertisements. Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Game progress and scores are stored locally on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, your game data may also be saved to Google's cloud services to allow syncing across devices.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time. You can withdraw your ad consent by clearing the app's data in your device settings, which will cause the consent form to appear again on next launch.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Stonelympics does not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below.
Stonelympics does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The third-party services used in the app may have their own policies regarding children's data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
